Note: This is only a Prototype, I ran out of time and there are many problems with the UI/UX Experience as well as a lack of game feedback and it currently only works in a hotseat 1v1 mode, each plushie and ability are randomized so balancing is out the window!
Theme : Dice - Turn-based - Stuffed Animals
Plushies in ParaDice is a whimsical turn-based strategy game where your beloved plushies come to life as mighty combatants through the boundless power of imagination! Each plushie is unique, equipped with its own set of dice, health points, and a special ability.
Your plushies are placed out on positions in your lineup, where their placement plays a key role in activating abilities. On your turn, you can move one plushie, strategically shuffling your lineup to maximize their effectiveness. After adjusting your lineup, choose an attacker and a target, then roll the attack dice to deal damage to the enemy plushie based on the result.
Victory hinges on clever positioning, effective use of abilities, and a dash of luck. The battle continues until one side is left without any plushies standing.
I was working so much on the system and code that i ran out of time to balance and create a more fun gameplay experience, i was planning a randomized rouge-like Player vs AI mode but ran out of time to implement it, leaving only a Hot Seat Gamemode available, I've always wanted to make a turn-based system and now i have, its been a great learning experience and i think with polish and implementing more game Modes and systems this could be really fun. Regardless, i hope you may find some enjoyment in it! - Hekkerán
